Creative Characters
Once a month the talented people at MyFonts publish an interview with one of a number of Creative Characters – type designers extraordinaire or, as they cleverly put it, “The faces behind the fonts.”
This month’s interview is with one-man foundry (and typographic perfectionist) Jos Buivenga. Mr Buivenga’s typefaces, including the lovingly crafted, versatile and increasingly popular Museo, have one thing in common: ruthless attention to detail.
We used Calluna, another favourite, when we demonstrated @font-face in action at our Refresh Belfast presentation ‘The State of Typography on the Web’. Find out more about the man behind the face in Creative Characters’ September interview.
